After my sibling "biggest loser challenge" ended on 12/31/15, I got caught up in tax season and other stress factors, and less vigilant about logging all my food. Even though I didn't let up on the exercise end (averaging over 10K steps a day and a vigorous cardio workout 3 times a week), the lbs. came sneaking back. I got my wakeup call this morning when I got on the scale for the first time since January. I'm back on track as of this week! Eye on the prize, Gail.
