3/23/16:
Resetting my calorie Count from 1800 to 1500 and going to try to stick to my plan as closely as possible to see if I can see some results, meet my goal get some satisfaction!

Moving forward with plans and goals!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
