i love football but my jets lost so im a little bummed! go lions! go bucs! both won today (my sons teams). had an interesting morning at work (i work with the public) and got called a cracker and also told i was taking way too long getting this chick her change for a $100! I mean, seriously, i was doing her a favor! im so glad im not like these people and am mostly happy and enjoy life and people. Other than that ive had an awesome day. Its raining here now and some t-storms but its nice and cool. My diet is going well. i cannot believe i have stuck with it. I have never followed an actual plan for this long. and im loving it. i get to pick what i like (even if its weird) and just watch calories. And i still find it amazing i get to start over EVERY DAY! ive found i can eat a whole salad with just 2 tablespoons of light dressing! who knew!?! I also like rice cakes with monterey jack queso (tostitos brand). my son is weirder, he likes peanut butter IN his chili! and ive gotten addicted to Oikos yogurt with honey. i bought some laughing cow cheese wedges to try. only about 35 calories per wedge and they have lots of flavors.

But really, i credit FS with any success I have had. This place is full of wonderful people who love to help others and truly care about the success of their fellow weight loss travelers. I love reading the journals and forum posts and all the comments. I have learned so much and have tried many of the ideas and suggestions posted here.
