Well here I am at (almost) the end of the day (9/25). I've really gotten into learning the nuances of the fatsecret site and trying to keep records that are as accurate as possible. I quickly became aware of how way too much I was eating. Starting to think before shoving something into my mouth. Tomorrow morning is weigh-in time and we'll see how week one has gone. Be strong my fatsecret amigos.
