Well, I've gained a lot since my last update here. And this app has assisted me in my losing weight so here I am today to do it all over again. This time I aim to lose at least 10kg over the span of 10 weeks. Hopefully, I'll succeed this time and then only worry about other things later. I won't starve myself.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
