Oh no! If one doesn't re-evaluate their lifestyle and re-calculate points, one could lose track real quick! I gained 10 # so quick, and didn't even know why. Even though my run mileage is growing, I still see my weight doing the same! It was fun doing 17 miles on Sunday, but I must watch the intake!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.4 lb a week
