Need to watch diet closely.

Eliminate the following: chocolate candy bar, starchy vegetables .

Limit hummus that has canola oil and sugar
242.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
