Haven't weighed in for some time. A lot going on within the family. I'll take the loss such as it is. Haven't been exactly eating as planned but the exercising part is still there. Hopefully soon things will return to normal and I can concentrate on getting back into the routine once again.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
