I Have been using the Mediterranean Diet, It seems to be working like a charm. Cholestrol has fallen, I have more energy and just plain feel a lot healthier. My doc suggested this diet and with Fat Secrect I have been keeping calories below 1000/day for a while. I feel full from the meals the book suggest but my Wife and I don't always follow them to the Tee. She enjoys cooking the new recipes that the book has in it, and they are very delicious by the way. It is a lot of fun losing weight. It took me years to get this overweight but with the diet and Fat Secrect it is melting away.
