At this point I don't bother trying not to eat the pancakes and pizza that are sitting in my face with the company I keep... On the upside I am making steady progress in my strength training and most of my cloths fit well. I have lots of energy and am enjoying life. I have lots of healthy food choices available to me where I am not driven to make unhealthy food choices due to a lack of quality fruits, fresh live veg's etc. The impulsive/compulsive eating with so much good looking and tasting food in my house and out of my home with the family and friend associations wears down my resistance to over eating and eating the wrong things.
