Found out I was in a " delicate way" doesn't mean I need to completely let myself go... In fact most women lose weight in the beginning ... So come on body none of this silly stuff where you put on 40 pounds I won.t allow it! I fully intend to exercise and eat as healthy as possible... If I could only get this desire for chocolate to stop!
226.4 lb Lost so far: 110.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
