Body Fat Weekly Update:
So body fat percentage is continuing to go down as I lose weight, which is a good thing. The lean mass went down slightly this week as well, but is still up .1lb from 2 weeks ago, so I'm not cannibalizing my own muscle. I'm right in my target lean mass range. As long as I can keep it more or less stable (of course it is going to fluctuate a bit) and keep losing pure fat, once the body fat # is at my target number, then I can focus on upping the muscle mass again if it dips too low.

Target Body Fat: 22% (34.75lbs-35.86lbs of fat) Target Weight: 158-163 (123.24-127.14lbs of lean mass)
