I've been a vegetarian now since Sunday, September 11 and it seems it's making a difference. I'm trying to go vegan later but that will be much harder. Additionally, broomball started back up again and I'm working out now. Looking forward to being healthier and shedding the lb. i've been wanting to lose for a long time! I think I finally found the "diet" that will work for me, forever. :)
