Waist is at 37 inches - though I have plateaued, I am confident the waist measurement provides me with confidence that I am making progress.
Bigger challenge is going out of town on Wednesday and wanting some Chicago Food!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
