Extended Phase 1
I've been on an extended, little more liberal version of phase 1 for around 6 months now. I find phase 1 to be much easier to follow... no bread, no fruit. Done!
I have only lost a few pounds but never feel restricted really. I eat until i'm full but do have a tendancy to go over board on nuts and peanut butter. I'm ready to give a little more effort and try to lose a few more pounds. Is any one else is the same boat?
