i know I'm weighing in too much! 13 days without a single Monster or sugary treat. and tomorrow i start my month of just drinking water!
212.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Mikaela, I have stopped drinking soft drink and juices for about 5 months now and it is the best decision I have ever made. Not even diet drinks. Just water (sometimes I have sparkling mineral water or soda water) but just water. Well done! I hope it helps you. I have lost around 7-8 kgs and I have stopped eating sugary things like chocolate and lollies. Good luck !

Thank you Angelica! Well done to you too. I have tried to do this once before but found it extremely difficult. This time I am finding it much easier and loving it!

Well done Mikaela. I remember giving up soft drink several years ago and dropped a full dress size. I couldn't believe what a difference it made. I still love my vodka and wine. I just now make sure that mine is a Vodka, fresh lime and soda. The wine's a tough one. I just try not to have too much of it. If I feel like something fizzy I have soda water with a squeeze of lime or lemon in it. All the best with your mission! : )
