Happy Sunday to all FatSecret dieters! I have always been trying to close the gap between my discipline with my diet during the week, and my gluttonous ways on the weekend. I'm still hoping I continue progress with my knee, and losing weight has helped immensely.

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: Dairy and Legumes need to be eaten in small portions, and experimented with, as to which work best in your diet. If dairy can be cut out, do it, but very small amounts if possible. Legumes, like beans, lentils, and chickpeas are high carb, and can be difficult to digest, and are gassy. Listen to your body, and scale with these.
