I feel starved lately! I could eat all day, I don't feel full. Week b4 period...usually this way. Ugh. I did walk 2 days in a row though. I ate well at work today too. baby steps I guess.

baby steps for sure- it's a lifestyle change- not just a 'diet' ;-) Also don't weigh yourself too often- a womens weight changes so much in a month due to her cycle and water weight gain- that's why I only touch the scales once a month- and it's not that depressing that way-lol
