I have been eating pretty well except for some sugar cravings and a tacobell run a couple of days ago. I eat when i am anxious so there was a ben and jerry's carton of ice cream and two four doughnuts and I ran out of my unsweetened coconut milk so i have been using more vanilla creamer lately. I have kept my portions small of most other things though and since two family members have high cholesteral I have been trying to cook healthier to accomodate them. At least twice a week I go on a long walk and have been trying to jump rope for a couple of minutes a day and finally have the strength to do squats and a couple sets of lunges.
123.2 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
