I try but can't seem to get myself focused enough to stay on this diet! I'm losing my willpower every day! UGH!!!!!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

When you start to feel your willpower leaving think about how good you feel. I start to feel sorry for myself and than I think about the extra things I am doing and how I'm keeping up better. You've done great losing 16 pounds. I just don't seem to be losing by maybe a .5 a week and I'm being really strict. Good luck!
