I did not follow my plans as closely as I should have. I could have lost more weight if I had done some exercises. I like to walk, but I am not motivaated enough to walk alone. I nrrd a partner to walk with me. My eldest son said he will walk wiyh me when he get home, but that won't be until December.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
