doing great on the exercise as expected. not well on the nutirtion plan, also as expected. Kind of (actually not kind of, totally) defeatist attitude right from the get-go. But hey, I'm nothing if not honest. Like I said before, I know I have to do something since I hate the way I look and the fat just keeps piling on my stomach worse than ever. But I also don't really have a major desire to give up the carbs I love to eat. So, I'm compromising for now and starting with the activities.
My body is sore - a good sign.
