Eating has been out of control for the past week. 2500 - 3000 calories a day. I feel so stuffed all the time! This is ridiculous. Writing down some goals so I can be held accountable for them, now until Sunday. That's 5 days.
Calories: 1800 Exercise: 45 minutes No packaged/processed foods 3 meals, 2 snacks, nothing else Lots of water Log everything
I hope this gets me back on track. Weigh in Sunday! I hope I'm pleased with what I see.
