I did not actually lose 5.5lbs in 1 day...I started this food journal yesterday and wasn't sure of my exact weight at the time of creation, so I just guessed when I put in 195lbs. I actually weighed myself this morning, and then realized I could not change my initial weight input, but I want my journal to be as accurate as possible, so I am updating my weight to what it actually is today, where yesterdays weight was a guestimate.
189.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
