Still on target, weight is still dropping, clothing is fitting better, now if only I could sleep normally more than 5-6 hours per night.

Try melatonin. Most natural health food stores sell it.

hi my problem too I should be sleeping now I work nights and can never get 5 or more hours in, I do melatonin or Valeria which is from the Valerian plant. also I have been using Somnapure which has both Melatonin and Veleria in it ... I will not go on any of the Evil Big Pharmaceutical drugs...

also MAGNESIUM helps me youtube has 8 hours of rain falling and beach waves and delta music to sleep with. good luck

Thanks. I already have covers on the windows and use a machine for rain sounds all night. My problem is I can fall asleep, but after 5 hours I cannot stay asleep.

Maybe your body does not require as much sleep. Embrace your wakefulness. You are probably able to accomplish a lot more. This morning I woke up at 3 am - something. Probably from the stress on my brain. Just as I was planning to attack my dreaded income tax preparations on Monday, both my laptops crashed simultaneously - strangely, both keyboards were inoperable, (Thank you Windows 10 upgrade! Beware! It consumed 2 days of trying to figure out the culprit and cure.) So this morning I used the extra time to multi-task household chores, prep my FS meals, back up the computers and do a complete factory system restore to the crummy Windows 8 system), & help my kiddo with his homework. I was bummed to wake up so early, but grateful I had the quiet time to concentrate on getting it done before going to work. So days like this - when I can't get a full 8 hours of sleep, I consider what I can do to be productive. Life is short. Let's make the most of it.

Thanks Lifesatrip. I usually use the extra morning time to go to the gym, play with my dog and ferrets and sometimes clean before work. I don't feel deprived of sleep, but compared to everyone else I feel abnormal that I only require 5-6 hours.
