Still on a moderately bland diet, hoping this gut issue resolves itself soon. Eating child sized portions and snacking as a large meal causes too much distress. Hoping to amp up the fiber and protein in a few days...feeling somewhat better today after a quiet night. Hope everyone is having a good week!
