Induction Day 7 - Oopsie! Teeny gain, need to look at yesterday to see what happened. Round 6 may have gone to Fat, but this fight's not over! I am hoping for a 1 pound loss for tomorrow's weigh in. After Induction, I don't think I will record every day here, but then again I might, you just never know with me. I'm a female, it's my prerogative to change my mind, right?

I do think I see what could be considered the start of a small pattern, although statistically speaking, I don't think that 2 times out of 6 could really be considered a pattern. It certainly wouldn't be a very good sampling anyway. Unless it was for gambling, and even then, not that great. Would you really bet on something that had a 30% chance of winning? Probably not.

But I digress. Anyhoo, both days when I had my highest protein intake and calories over 1600, I had a slight gain the next day. So I am going to try to keep my protein around 120 to see if that doesn't do the trick!

I'm knee-braceless today! I wanted to see how I got along without it for a day. So far so good. Walking the dog this morning didn't make me feel geriatric, which is also good news. Depending on how I am feeling, I may just go for a long walk when I get off work tonight. Not a Forest Gump type jaunt, but maybe for 30-40 minutes, just to see how the knee feels. I was supposed to start my physical therepy this week, but I think I may take matters into my own hands and do it at home. According to the internet, stretching and strengthening exercises are in order, I think I can handle that.

I'm looking forward to getting active again. This couch-potatoe-like lifestyle is for the birds, or potatoes as it were. Besides, I need the activity to try and get this svelt figure back!
