Awesome. Went down only 1.2 lbs in weight this past week, but actually went down 2 pounds in pure fat and up .8 lbs in lean mass! Yay to building muscle while losing fat!!! You know, I thought I was noticing a difference seeing definition in my arms this week. This proves it!

Weight: 168.2 (from 169.4)
Pounds of fat: 40.70 (from 42.69)
Lean Mass: 127.5 (from 126.7)


Target Body Fat: 22%
Target Weight: 158-163
