Have been making little changes over the past year or more, too much gluten makes my appetite totally out of control
Avoid Desserts and Junk Food as much as possible.
Eating more salads, find if I put enough different veggies, and some crunch, and salad dressings that are light, or have good fat like olive oil makes it more appealing. Use artificial sweetner. No flour of any kind that has gluten. Eat more turkey burgers, recently discovered veggie burgers, and chicken. I do find I have to watch the fat content closely, gall bladder issues if I don't. I can always tell when I have too much gluten, no control with appetite. Fruits, Veggies, very limited on junk food and desserts. Trying to not be on fattier meat or much pork.
Also like bison once in a great while, it is leaner, much leaner than hamburger. Idon't even buy hamburger anymore. Very rarely fried food.
