So today I feel like I can officially get on track with my eating plan & exercise.

It's taken 2 people, one who isn't related to me to make comments for me to see that I've let myself get back into bad habits.

I'm not going to weigh myself as that'll just depress the life out of me. I'm going to take measurements and take it from there!
