It has been three weeks. Interesting that the bulk of the weight loss was in the earliest days; much faster than I thought. Now it has leveled off and I've weighed the same for seven days. I looked at the calories burned and in the fist nine days the average was 725 a day, then it dropped to 330 a day, which could explain it, but I also wonder what is happening to metabolism. Also noted that 3500 kcal in a pound, and in total I've burned 10,155 which would be 2.9 pounds, but I've lost about three time that. Could my entry estimates be off this much?
189.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
