Day2 of No dairy 12:40pm update: Not enjoying this fake fast (only fasting since 6am this morning) so it's only been 6 hours. not hungry but bored
went to the gym last night with a mad fitness friend and we did body resistance ab stuff for a 30mins. This was right after my 6km trot so needless to say I was somewhat finished. I don't eat after working out so when I woke up this morning i felt a tad done for my workout, so i had a protein shake - but since today was meant to be a fast day, that's all I'll have today.
YAH FOR FRIDAYS

hey, your protein shake has very very little protein in it, I dont think its a protein shake at all....check to make sure you are getting a nice quality protein shake as it does make a difference

I agree with Ibiza about your protein shake. How on earth can Herbex call it a "slimmers" shake if the carbs are 35g and the protein is 12g. That's more like a meal replacement or for mass gaining.

Judging by the below nut info i got from your diet calendar it is certainly not a protein shake. At 30g it is also not a mass gainer either. It does look like a meal replacement (a very small meal at that) :)
