I have been incredibly exhausted all week. I don't get it. I've been sleeping so well too! I hope I'm not getting sick. I feel fine otherwise. Well I've had a few headaches, but that's pretty normal. I am assuming it's from not exercising. I need to force myself. That's really hard, when you feel exhausted, and the weather sucks, and the blisters from the Star Wars concert still hurt. It's been so dreary here. It's dark by 6.

I seriously need to lose these last 5lbs. I want to start wedding dress shopping! Lol. (I'm such a girl, I know)

I was doing alright diet-wise until yesterday. Back on track today. I am really hoping that whole set-point theory thing is correct and I should start losing again soon, like Miss Cindy! She's doing so awesome!

I haven't weighed myself in a while. I hope it's not bad... Ick.

I have had similar ''symptoms'' headaches and fatigue... and I decided to skip gym for 2 days and go earlier to bed instead, today no headache and I feel much more rested, maybe it will work for you too! Good luck losing the last 5 lbs, I know what it means, I am fighting to lose my last few pounds too! And, enjoy the wedding dress shopping, that must be exciting!!

Me too. I'm hoping my system resets itself with the time change this weekend.

We are renewing our vows 10/10/10, I cannot get my mind off the dress and how much fun shopping is. What is your date??

lol, its called Carb overload!! yeah all the not working out and eating bad foods. I swear bad foods bring on negativity. You just have to snap out of it! Even if dress shopping is the goal! I am such a girl too.
