Physycal appt today. Dr said I have high blood pressure.
gave me 2 options. Start bp meds or give me a month to try to loose weight and check back in one month.
We will try to go month to month to see the progression.
I asked about meds to get a jumpstart on weighloss, he didnt recommend anything since all affect blood pressure. He insists i try on my own for one month.
i will try to eat healthier and start some kind of activity. Start by walking everyday.
