Still don't know how to do customized entries. Yesterday for dinner I had a chili cheese dog from Fosters Freeze that is supposed to be 572 cals but I didn't eat the bun so I guesstimated around 300 cals? Does that sound about right?

Today we're at potluck day! Fortunate for me it's mostly spicy food which I can't eat anyway. Yay diet..!

So after all that I had a crappy day at work so for dinner I ate a blizzard but it was from Foster's Freeze and called a twister. Probably the same cals anyway. I don't care. Not today. I'm still at a deficit so really, I don't care!

You could either create your own entry or else use a fraction or decimal to say how much of a serving you had. That will only work for calories though, since the overall composition of your meal will be very different. You could also search to see whether there are any generic entries for chili dogs that don't include buns.

That's not a bad idea Kpwcalories. Some stuff I can break apart, hot dog, chili, cheese. But others I can't, like the ramen brick with no seasoning. I may have to just put it as if I ate it though I know it's less calories.

So then put in that you had 0.9 of a serving or whatever decimal will generate the appropriate calorie reduction.
