I'm between small & moderate Ketosis this morning. I had way too much coffee yesterday, I'll try to stick to the protocol today.
Back on HCG injection
130.7 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
