Grocery shopping today to stock up on healthy dinners. Running into the problem of eating "healthy" all day, and then having 800 calories left in the evening. Need to work on increasing my breakfast calories as well as a mid morning snack to try and help with that. Not working out today, lots of gardening plus sand volleyball really counts as my workout. Back to yoga tomorrow!
