I'm not weighing in all the time anymore. I realize I become obsessive over it. It can be discouraging if you're constantly weighing yourself and you don't see progress. I realized that I'm happier weighing in every week or every 10 days... Weigh in on the 20th. :) I hope everyone is seeing the results they wish and if not, keep your head up!
