I'm just getting started tried everything hopefully this work about yo give up

What have you decided to change up? I can't see your goals or starting weight. I found it helpful to make a change and stick with it, so writing things down help and eating the same meals help so that way I remember the content. I also tell myself if I don't move I no lose. Then I say, if I'm putting in the hard work, do I want to throw that away? No, I want to push through, say no then go. It's Hard but it's a lifestyle change for the better. Fatsecret is a great helpful tool and the community watches out for everyone that I have noticed. Good luck!!

Bravo! I am down 15 pounds since the new year began too. FS is fantastic and the FS folks are too. It just takes a personal commitment to stick with it daily to see good results. You are in great company.
