This is definitely going in a direction that I like. I am now back in the normal BMI range; just barely but I'm there. Now to move away from that nearly overweight area. Had a good bike ride yesterday to work and back. It wasn't a long ride but it helped. I burned a bit of my own fuel instead of gasoline.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 130.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
