Today marks the 1 month mark of my lifestyle change and I'm down 20lbs !!! I feel great but I'm so anxious and just want to get to my goal. I know one day at a time, but it truly is hard at times because u want the see the end result- on another note we were suppose to have a mini Super Bowl party but I cancelled it because I feel like I don't want to cheat and go off - even if it's just a little. I don't want any temptation plus it doesn't help I'm craving buffalo wings - so 1 month and 20lbs down - I wasn't able to take pics and measurements today because I left for work so early - so tomorrow is the day to compare pics and measurements from a month ago !!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 February 2016:

One month 20 pounds wow! Good job I hope you're staying super healthy too while you're dropping weight so quickly. And here I am planning the super bowl party ... Then again I told my best friend that the BF and I are low carb and her hubby needs to be so I sent her all low carb stuff :)

Kudos to you, but what the heck, you can splurge and make up for it, Monday!! It should be called "The Junkfood Bowl"! lol
