Well, the plan was a half fast, but my body is telling me that I need to eat something solid today. Bulletproof coffee with protein powder will be my only source of liquid protein today. Normally I bump at the end of a day with a protein shake. It will be challenging to get all the food in, but I'm figuring, if my old maitenance for 240 pounds was about 4000 calories per day, I should be able to pack away 2500. Of course this will be without the pizza, Doritos and Coke, but I'll give it a try.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
