Just wondering how regular coffee affects your diet?? I drink about (1) 6-8oz cup of coffee daily with 2 TBSPN fat free half & half (20cal) and 3 packets of Splenda... I know the artificial sweeteners are not good for you- what do u guys use for an alternative ?? I tried Stevia and wasn't really happy with the flavor plus I needed 4 packets of it.. Any input would be great !!

I eat LCHF and drink my coffee with 1 tbs coconut oil, torani sugar free syrup, a little stevia. Blended all together, it is AWESOME!

I cut out adding additional sugar/sugar substitutes and just use 1.5tbsp of sugar free flavored creamer. It took me awhile to get used to but I honestly wouldn't go back!

Using liquid artificial sweeteners are better...the packets actually have stuff in them as separators, and count as a CARB each. I use liquid stevia. Also, heavy whipping cream is better than the alternatives for a LCHF diet....

2 cups in the am one in the evening usually. I use 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream, sometimes Torani and coconut oil most mornings. no sweetener
