I have to get rid of this excess that I am carrying, so lots of nutrition low cal food and plenty of exercise are the recipes. I have gradually put on this weight over a few years and now i need to turn my life around and be fit and healthy again.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
