A year ago on January 31st I weighed 42.5 lbs more than today. I feel thankful that I am still on way down, but a disappointment that not further down. I do small goals, and had reached the current one a while back but not went in reverse at end of year (which I do every year). Yes, emotional eating. I hate where I live, I want my old life blah blah, miss my friends, so holidays are not good. This year did ok, until the week after xmas. Oh well, February 1st has arrived and I will try to step into a better eating pattern. It's like I give myself a "free pass" for a while --not over the top but that bit doesn't help me move forward.
