I am inspired and quite jealous. two of my uni friends lost around 20lbs this summer just from stopping eating after 7:30. i have tried this so many times but have such little will power it sucks :( i might try again i don't know i wish i had more willpower!

on another note thinngs with the boy seem good we have just been texting a bit and stuff but im still so aprehensive im so unconfident with how i look that it makes relationships difficult.

I have a dry erase board on my fridge. I wrote on it "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels! Don't eat! Wait!" So when I am bored at night, I just wait a few minutes to see if I am really hungry or just plain bored. I'm also trying to drink more at night. Texting is fun! I wish nothing but the best for you with guys. Remember: you are beautiful inside, too! Don't just focus on your outside appearance with men :) But I know how hard it is. Just keep going! Keep setting goals and keep trying to win over your willpower. You can do it!

The root of willpower... why is this important to you? Think about all the reasons, and what things are more/less important. If you really want it, make it a priority in your life, and don't bend to other people's pressure.

Always write down what you eat even if it is a binge. Seeing it in print makes a huge difference. Good luck with your weight and your new friend. :-)
