Today when I weighed myself, I expected to have gone down two pounds but I'd only gone down one. It was a tad disappointing just to lose one pound in three days but it is better than nothing. There's this challenge called "Lose 30lbs by October 30" and I'm starting to worry if I'll meet that challenge. To not meet it would be rather discouraging.
Does anyone have any tips I could use to reach my goal?

I'm also in the challenge, but I'm not sure if it's really realistic. I joined because that day is my birthday and it would be nice to lose as much as possible by my 30th birthday also. I was losing 5lbs a week on phase one of the South Beach Diet, so you might want to try that for a couple weeks. Good Luck! ~Donna
