I worked out 4 days this week and watched my nutrition but the weight didn't go down. I go by how my body has changed and feels rather than by what the scale says.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

If you worked out lots you may have gained some muscle. We all get stuck on that scale number but really what matters is the inches lost and the total body fat percentage. Good job in exercise 👍🏻.

I hear you. I've stopped relying on the scale to define my overall health. If my bra is tied one notch more and my jeans are looser, I define that as what I'm doing to be working. I also enjoyed a 1-hour snowshoeing adventure yesterday with a bunch of ladies which was a lot of fun.
