Well I have offically feel off the wagon. With my brithday and my daughters all in one week and my in laws coming I have been eating junk food again. I still try to make smart choices but still its not as good as I could do. The good thing is that I am still losing weight just at a slower pace. I need to start working out again though it has been about a week.
