RJBurke's Journal, 25 October 2009

OK, still have not been keeping true to myself, just cant get outside and go for that walk... working the weekend, my son and some of his friends are at my house for the weekend. And just a tad stressed out from loosing my wallet on Friday. Still eating well, cooked up some turkey burgers last night with green beans and beef broth, not too bad. Trying to eat the fat free foods, but bread always seems to put me over the top. Anyone reading this... Good Luck, and have a great day!

Wow, that sucks to lose your wallet. The turkey burgers and green beans and broth sound good! I would eat that! I do a low fat/fat free diet so I have all kinds of things I can share with you, and hopefully you can share with me as well! Ah yes, bread.........the DEVIL! LOL! I haven't found people on here who do the watching the fat intake thing. I am quite the fan of Fat Free creamer, especially the French Vanilla, and I almost bought the Hazelnut, but I can't remember if I like hazelnut or not, and don't want to buy a thing of creamer if I end up not liking it. Anyway, thanks for the well wishes, and right back atcha!

Looking to create a low fat, diet French Onion Soup... Beef Broth, onions, fat free (laughing cow brand) cheese... but what to use for the bread, that is the question. Total, I am shooting for under 100 cal, so that it can be part of larger low cal meal.
